About Mr. Koroma
Daniel Koroma is a public servant who has served the community for over 15 years from the County Executive's office. He was the community Liaison for the African and Caribbean communities and now the Business Liaison for Montgomery County. A long-time resident of White Oak, he created the Gilchrist Immigrant Resource Center in the East County, fought hard for the establishment of the new early voting site in White Oak, and for the past two years, has been helping nonprofits and small businesses to access resources to survive the pandemic. He earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland and graduated from the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Leadership program. He is also a member of the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee and was the Treasurer who took us through the 2020 elections
